The “Maintenance” package is an affordable option for owners who hate dealing with those late-night maintenance calls. With this program, all maintenance requests will be processed and assigned through our easy to use “Tenant Portal”. Owners will get notifications on all requests submitted and be able to view the progression of the request in real time. All maintenance issues are handled by Troy, our Maintenance Manager, and assigned to licensed and insured contractors from our vendor database.
If you find that you are ready to have a team manage your rentals, “Full Management” is right for you. When we say “We do it all”, we mean it! Not only do we handle all aspects of the “Lease-up” and “Maintenance” packages, we also collect rents, provide quality customer service for tenant concerns, and make sure that you have all of the documentation that you need for accounting. Our easy to use owner portal, allows you access to your tenant ledgers, as well as all documentation associated with leases and tenant notices.
