For owners that still want to be involved in the day-to-day operations of managing their rentals, The “Lease-up” package is a great fit. Many of our owners find that marketing, scheduling showings and screening applicants can be a daunting process. We are happy to efficiently handle this for you every step of the way. We strive to beautifully market your rentals and handle all showings. Our screening process has proven to place qualified tenants in units quickly and get owners market value rent.


The “Maintenance” package is an affordable option for owners who hate dealing with those late-night maintenance calls. With this program, all maintenance requests will be processed and assigned through our easy to use “Tenant Portal”. Owners will get notifications on all requests submitted and be able to view the progression of the request in real time. All maintenance issues are handled by Troy, our Maintenance Manager, and assigned to licensed and insured contractors from our vendor database.

Full Management

If you find that you are ready to have a team manage your rentals, “Full Management” is right for you. When we say “We do it all”, we mean it! Not only do we handle all aspects of the “Lease-up” and “Maintenance” packages, we also collect rents, provide quality customer service for tenant concerns, and make sure that you have all of the documentation that you need for accounting. Our easy to use owner portal, allows you access to your tenant ledgers, as well as all documentation associated with leases and tenant notices. We strive to provide you with great communication and customer service through our knowledgeable team of professionals.
